I had a very disappointing experience with Wisteria Real Vision. From the beginning, their communication was poor and inconsistent. Promises made during the initial meetings were not kept. The sales team at Wisteria Real Vision seemed more interested in closing the deal than actually helping me understand the property details or resolving my doubts.
Once the booking amount was paid, their responsiveness dropped significantly. I had to follow up multiple times for basic updates. The possession timeline was vague, and there was no transparency in pricing—hidden charges kept popping up.
To make matters worse, the customer service team was unprofessional and often rude when questioned. It felt like I was being misled rather than guided. Overall, I regret trusting Wisteria Real Vision and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth or honest real estate experience.
