
I bought a *.* ton AC from Haier company from Reliance store in Sangamner (Maharashtra) on **th January ****! After three months, that AC started leaking… I went to your Reliance store myself and filed a complaint about it… After that, they sent a service technician. He inspected, made a video and took further action… He told me ** days to fix the AC… But even after ** days, no one came to fix the AC… So, I filed a complaint again at the Reliance store… This has happened to me thrice… During this time, when I called the technician, he did not pick up the phone even for **-** days… And did not even call… During this time, I called him once or twice every day! Today on **th May ****, he picked up the phone and told me in rude language that it will take another ** days! During this time, I have also spoken to the store manager, service manager, but everyone is not saying anything concrete! It will happen… Give it a few more days… That’s all they are saying! I am very upset with this…
I have sent all the videos of this incident to the senior level managers, service managers and shop managers of the company and brand and the employees on WhatsApp! The technician left the room with all the AC parts in disarray for a month and till date he is not taking calls or contacting me. Please take serious note of this as soon as possible. I have taken a video of the AC that has been in my room for a month and sent it to the manager, technician, service manager and employees. I am fed up with the rude behavior of all of them. If desired, I can also give you the call details of all the conversations with the employees. Please take action at a higher level and get me a new AC or get it repaired.
If a common customer like me is being harassed so much for a minor reason, I wonder what the situation is like for other customers. I request you to please get justice at a higher level.
