Ease My Trip Review – Unable to get flight ticket refund

: I had booked a flight ticket via EaseMyTrip. However, I received a mail from the airline stating that the flight has been cancelled and I can request a full refund. I requested a refund via mail to the airline and also requested cancellation and refund on the EaseMyTrip portal.

It has been over ** days now, and I have not received any refunds. Despite repeated written follow-ups and hollow assurances from their team, I have yet to receive the refund. The airline has officially confirmed via email that the refund was processed to their agency account on ** May ****, nearly two months ago. Yet, as of * July ****, their team continues to falsely claim that the airline has not initiated the refund.

I have reached out to them over mail, WhatsApp and phone calls- multiple times and they are just unwilling to process the refund. I had made the payment in February. This is mental harassment.

I trust that National Complaint Forum will help me address this issue effectively and escalate it to the appropriate authorities.
