I have very bad experience. When they want to enroll members ship they did number of calls to come office.
I have paid for one year after membership I have sent email for booking but no one has replied the email and i have asked to returned my money or log a police complait then they taken my booking..
Always replied that hotels not available..
I have enroll the fees including breakfast and dinner…
But for dinner I have paid from my pocket and that guyfrom dreamy (Abhu) confirm me that once your trip is over we will reimbursement the dinner payment (60% discount) I have trying to call them but till date they have not return my money..
It’s is cheated and froud company.
Also let you know that how they cheat to tourist…
They have booked taxi for 6 days (mysore, coorg, ooty for Rs. 32000 .. With advance payment
When I reached mysore and ask local taxi people they offered me @3000 per day and for full 6 days 21000 and i call to dreamy haven staff they talk very rude and after strong negotiations they settled@ 23000..
Please please don’t trapped with such company and best to book your plan through many other portal…
Even they enroll 3/4 star property but they booked 2 star property (except mysore was 3 star)
