My time at Chandrabhan Sharma college should have been a period of growth, learning, and positive interactions, but unfortunately, my experience with a particular CSC college professor (Ms. Sadhana) left me feeling disheartened and disrespected. It is with great disappointment that I write this review, hoping to shed light on the unprofessional behavior I encountered.
From the outset, this professor displayed a lack of respect and consideration for their students. unprepared and disorganized. This lack of professionalism created a sense of chaos and uncertainty within the classroom, undermining the learning environment for everyone involved.
They often spoke in a condescending tone, belittling students’ questions and opinions. Instead of fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, they shut down dialogue and discouraged active participation. This not only hindered the learning process but also diminished students’ confidence in their own abilities.
Additionally, this professor displayed favoritism towards certain students, which further exacerbated the negative classroom dynamics. It became apparent that their grading system was arbitrary and inconsistent, as some students received preferential treatment while others were unjustly penalized. This unfair treatment created a toxic and demoralizing environment, eroding trust and discouraging academic growth.
Furthermore, the professor exhibited a complete lack of responsiveness and availability outside of the classroom. Emails were often ignored, and office hours were canceled without notice. This lack of support left students feeling abandoned and unsupported, hindering their ability to seek guidance or clarification on course material.
Overall, my experience with this college professor was deeply disappointing. Their unprofessional behavior, lack of respect, and favoritism created a negative and hostile learning environment. It is disheartening to see educators who fail to uphold the values of their profession and neglect their responsibilities to their students.
I believe it is crucial for colleges and universities to address such behavior, as it undermines the integrity of the institution and compromises the education of its students. Students deserve an environment that fosters growth, learning, and respect, and it is imperative for institutions to hold their faculty accountable for their actions.
In conclusion, the unprofessional conduct displayed by this Chandrabhan Sharma college professor was truly disheartening. It is my hope that my review serves as a reminder to educators about the importance of their role in shaping young minds and cultivating a positive and supportive learning environment.
