I had taken a Gold membership of their ClubW program which promised up to ** per cent discount on all travel related bookings and also garunteed the lowest prices. Plus, they also promised vouchers worth Rs **,*** that can be used while making a booking with them capped at Rs **,*** per booking. The membership was for five years. They took Rs **,*** for this service. The first year though the discounts were not as big as promised and the service was slow and I had to call them multiple times to get a booking done. Later came a mail saying the vouchers will not be usable for six months from November **, **** and that they will extend the membership by six months. However, the service became worse. They stopped providing booking details despite multiple calls. And now they are not reachable on all the phone numbers provided to us. It was a clear case of cheating. Upon checking the Google reviews we understood that they have looted several other customers also with the same modus operandi.
I trust that National Complaint Forum will help me address this issue effectively and escalate it to the appropriate authorities.
