FEMMELLA – REFUND DENIED AND STORECREDIT EXPIRED WITHOUT NOTICE COMPLAINTAGAINST FEMMELLA

I RETURNED A PRODUCT TO FEMELLA AND
REQUESTED A REFUND TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT
METHOD, BUT IT WAS DENIED. THE AMOUNT WAS
ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT, AND IT WAS NOT
CLEARLY COMMUNICATED THAT THIS CREDIT HAD
AN EXPIRY DATE. I ALSO RECEIVED NO REMINDER
BEFORE IT EXPIRED.

LATER, I COULDN’T FIND ANY PRODUCTS I LIKED, SO
I HAD NO REASON TO USE THE STORE CREDIT JUST
FOR THE SAKE OF SPENDING IT. NOW, FEMELLA

REFUSES TO REISSUE THE CREDIT, AND I’VE
EFFECTIVELY LOST ₹****. THIS IS AN UNFAIR
BUSINESS PRACTICE — I PAID FOR SOMETHING,
RECEIVED NOTHING IN RETURN, AND MY MONEY
HAS GONE TO WASTE. I REQUEST A FULL REFUND
OR REISSUANCE OF VALID STORE CREDIT
IMMEDIATELY
